USTA Speaks es un espacio para la reflexión sobre temas de interés general, y también es un espacio de divulgación. Nuestras secciones reciben diferentes tipos de texto en dos modalidades diferentes.

Empowering Research
Cada semestre, en Empowering Culture, reflexionamos sobre un tema de actualidad y nos hacemos una pregunta central.
¿Cómo afecta nuestra cultura las identidades individuales?
¿Cómo han formado la sociedad el cine y la televisión?
¿Qué podemos aprender de las mujeres colombianas en las artes, la ciencia y la política?
Recibimos textos en lengua extranjera que pasan por un proceso de revisión de pares académicos en una metodología de doble ciego.
Empowering Research es el espacio donde docentes, estudiantes, o cualquier persona que tenga un proyecto investigativo puede postular avances en lengua extranjera de dichos proyectos.
Los textos son recibidos y evaluados bajo la metodologia ASAP: As Soon as Publishable.
Una vez recibido el artículo, pasa por un proceso de revisión y, de ser aceptado, se publica de inmediato en la página web de Speaks. Igualmente, es incluido en la edición semestral del boletín.
